I. Introduction

(2) This standard makes a specific statement on the façade image, structural requirements, erection and demolition, inspection and acceptance, and management requirements of external scaffolding, and refines the structure of some special parts, which mainly include: balcony, bay window, external elevator unloading platform, elevator shaft and lighting shaft, building corner, etc.

(3) If the specific content of this standard is inconsistent with the requirements of the relevant national and local safety technical specifications, the relevant national and local safety technical specifications shall prevail.

Second, the basic parameter requirements

(1) Steel pipe material requirements: steel pipe should be made of Q235 ordinary steel pipe specified in the national standard GB/T13793 or GB/T3091, and the model should be Φ48.3×3.6mm (the scheme is calculated according to Φ48×3.0mm), and the material should provide a product certificate and acceptance, and it can be put into use only after passing the test.

(2) The fastener should be inspected for the product certificate when entering the construction site, and the sampling retest should be carried out, and the technical performance should meet the provisions of the national standard "Steel Pipe Scaffolding Fastener", and the fastener appearance inspection should not be cracked, and no damage shall occur when the bolt tightening torque reaches 65N·m.

(3) The steel pipe of the outer frame scaffold must be treated with anti-rust, and one anti-rust paint and two topcoats must be brushed after the rust is removed.

(4) Wooden scaffold model 3000 (6000) × 200 (250) ×50, both ends are tied with Φ1.6mm galvanized iron wire;

3 Steel pipe color

(1) Yellow paint: scaffolding poles, large and small crossbars, longitudinal and horizontal sweeping rods.

(2) Red paint: wall pieces.

(3) Yellow and black two-color paint: scaffolding outer protective railing, ramp protective railing, unloading platform protective railing.

(4) red and white two-color paint: scissor brace, transverse diagonal brace, skirting board, staircase edge protection railing, construction elevator unloading platform edge protection railing.

(5) If the color of the schematic diagram is inconsistent with the text description, the color of the text description shall prevail.

4 Facade image

5 Member Settings

(1) 4 vertical rods should be provided at the yin and yang corners of the frame body, and the large crossbar should be connected and closed.

(2) The main node must be provided with longitudinal and transverse horizontal rods.

(3) the vertical rod must adopt butt except the top of the top layer, and the large crossbar can be lapped outside the corner of the frame body, and the scissor brace must be lapped.

6 pole foundation

(1) The height of the floor scaffold should not exceed 35m, and unloading measures must be taken when the height is 35~50m, and unloading measures must be taken when the height is greater than 50m

(4) The scaffold foundation should be equipped with drainage measures around the perimeter, the elevation of the bottom surface of the scaffold base should be 50mm higher than the outdoor natural floor, and a drainage ditch with a cross-section of not less than 200mm ×200mm should be set on the outside of the pole foundation to ensure that the scaffold foundation does not accumulate water.

7 Facade protection

(1) The outside of the scaffold is full of dense mesh safety nets, the number of meshes is not less than 2000 mesh / 100cm 2, the mesh body is vertically connected by the mesh connection method, each mesh should be fixed with 16# iron wire and steel pipe, and the lap joint method is adopted when the mesh body is horizontally connected, and the lap length shall not be less than 200mm. The corner part of the frame body should be lined with a wooden fang to ensure that the safety net lines at the corner of the frame body are beautiful.

(2) The outside of the scaffold is provided with a 180mm foot guard plate at the bottom from the second step, and a protective railing of the same material is set at 600mm and 1200mm in height. If the inner side of the scaffold forms a border, the outer side of the scaffold shall be protected.

8 Horizontal protection

(1) the working layer must be covered with scaffolding, and the distance between the scaffold and the building structure should not be greater than 150mm.

(2) the second layer of the landing frame, the first layer of the cantilever frame (climbing frame), the middle layer does not exceed 10m and does not exceed three layers of full paving a hard partition protection, and in the middle part of the two layers of hard protection hang a horizontal net, and the horizontal net must be hung to the building structure.

(3) The net distance between the inner pole of the scaffold is generally not more than 200mm, such as more than 200mm, it must be laid flat and firm, and the gap between the scaffold board and the building on the working floor should be fully enclosed when it is greater than 150mm to prevent personnel and materials from falling.

9 wall pieces

(1) The surface of the wall pieces should be painted with red eye-catching paint to facilitate inspection and warning.

(2) Scaffolding must be made of rigid wall pieces.

(3) connecting wall pieces should be set up from the first longitudinal horizontal rod of the bottom layer, and when there is difficulty there, reliable measures should be adopted to fix. (5) The spacing of the connecting wall pieces shall be calculated according to the design calculation, and shall comply with the provisions of the following table "Maximum spacing of the arrangement of connecting wall pieces".

(6) the two ends of the slotted and open scaffold must be provided with connecting wall pieces, and the vertical spacing of connecting wall pieces should not be greater than the floor height of the building, and should not be greater than 4m (two steps).

10. Scissor brace and transverse diagonal brace

(1) The scissor brace should be continuously set from the bottom corner of the scaffold from bottom to top, and the surface of the scissor brace should be painted with red and white warning color paint.

(2) The number of roots of each scissor brace across the vertical pole should be determined according to the provisions of the following table. The width of each scissor brace should not be less than 4 spans, and should not be less than 6 meters, and the inclination angle between the inclined rod and the ground should be 45 ° ~ 60 ° and the inclination angle should be 45 ° ~ 60 °.

(3) the floor-type outer frame below 24 meters, on the façade of the outer side of the frame body, the corner and the middle interval not more than 15 meters, are provided with vertical continuous scissor support. 11 ramps

(1) When the height of the ramp for sidewalk and high-quality material transportation is not more than 6m, it is advisable to use a zigzag, and when the height is greater than 6m, it is appropriate to use a zigzag.

(2) The width of the material ramp should not be greater than 1.5m, the slope should be 1:6, the width of the pedestrian ramp should not be less than 1m, and the slope should be 1:3.

(3) the bend should be provided with the platform, its width should not be less than the width of the ramp, both sides of the ramp and the periphery of the platform should be provided with 1.2m and 0.6m high double protective railing and 180mm foot guard, the surface of the protective railing is brushed with yellow and black warning color, and the surface of the foot guard is brushed with red and white warning color.

(4) the ramp should be attached to the outer scaffolding or the building setting, and its façade should be provided with scissor support, and the ramp is hung with a dense safety net on the outside of the closure.

(5) the foundation of the ramp is consistent with the outer scaffold foundation, and the connecting wall piece of the ramp is arranged according to the requirements of the open type scaffolding.

(6) the ramp should be full of scaffolding, the material scaffold is not less than 40mm thick plank, the pedestrian ramp can be made of wooden planks or bamboo pieces full of paving, the ramp should also be provided with anti-skid strips, the thickness of the anti-skid strips is 20~30mm, the spacing is not more than 0.3m, the scaffold board and anti-skid on the ramp should ensure stability and firmness.

12 Security Protection

12.1 Stair edge protection

(1) When there is no reliable protection at the edge of the staircase and the rest platform, the guardrail should be set up. Three protective railings should be set at a height of 1.2m and 0.6m and at the bottom, and a dense safety net should be hung on the inner side of the rod

(2) Protective facilities should be stereotyped and instrumentalized.

(4) The passage of the tower crane shall not be connected with the external scaffolding

12.3 Construction elevator platform protection

(1) The construction elevator floor unloading platform must be prepared before the erection, and the erection height exceeds 24m, measures should be taken to unload. It is forbidden to set the pole continuously from the bottom to the top.

(2) The floor unloading platform should be erected separately, and it is strictly forbidden to connect with the outer frame. The height of each layer should not be less than 2m, 2 protective railings should be set on both sides of the platform, 1.2m high, and 200mm high foot guards should be set at the bottom. The floor unloading platform plate must be thick and firm, and the laying should be tight, and 5cm thick wooden boards or non-skid steel plates should be used.

(3) the construction elevator platform exit is installed with a metal protective door that opens inward at 1 .8m high vertical open normally closed, and the tool-type protective door should be used.

(4) the middle of the two protective doors of the floor unloading platform should be sealed by the template, and the blue paint is painted outside and the floor identification is provided.

12.4 Safe passage shelter

(1) The entrance and exit of the building must be equipped with a safe passage protective shed, which is anti-smashing, rainproof,

Impact-resistant function.

(2) in the scope of hoisting influence and the building within the fall radius of the channel, material processing area, material hoist inlet, external elevator ground inlet and other areas that need to prevent falling objects from high altitudes, must be set up to prevent penetration of the double-layer protective shed, double-layer protective shed (spacing 600mm), must be fully paved with the material that can withstand the uniform static load of >10KPa (50mm thick plank or in accordance with the regulationsother materials).

13 cantilever frames

13.1 General Provisions

13.3 Protection of the Cantilever

(2) When the distance between the frame and the building is greater than 20cm, the station piece should be laid. (3) The bottom of the cantilevered outer scaffold (cantilever beam) adopts hard protection (template) and is tightly closed

The bottom surface of the hard protective (template) should be coated with yellow and black paint.
